Is this a real reservation, or just a PDF?
It's real. The reservation is made in the airline's own system and it has its own booking reference. Put that reference and your surname into the airline's "Manage Booking" page and it comes up there — on their site, not ours.
Will it say I've paid for a ticket?
No — and that's the point. The seat is reserved, not paid for. If anyone looks it up they'll see a confirmed reservation that hasn't been ticketed. That's normal for proof of onward travel, and it's what keeps it $19 instead of $600.
I'm not flying for weeks — will it still be valid?
Yes. Pick the date you need it live for, and we'll issue it then. Order today for a trip next month and it will be valid when you travel, not when you order.
How long does it stay valid?
48 hours from the moment it's issued. Choose your issue date at checkout so those 48 hours land when you actually need them.
Can I choose my own route and dates?
Yes. You choose the airports, the dates, and one-way or return. We make the reservation on the route you enter.
What happens after I pay?
We make the reservation and email it to you. It arrives in about 2 minutes. It carries your name, your route and your booking reference, so you can look it up on the airline's own site.
What if it isn't accepted?
We cannot promise how an airline or a border officer will treat it. That call is always theirs. What we can do is make sure the reservation is real and shows up on the airline's own "Manage Booking" page. If yours does not show up there, message support and we will check it. We guarantee the reservation itself: it is made in the airline’s own system, in your name, and you can look it up with your booking reference on the airline’s own “Manage Booking” page. We cannot guarantee how an airline, a border officer or an embassy will treat it — that decision is always theirs, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing on your behalf. Can I get a refund?
If we do not deliver, or what we deliver is not verifiable, you get all your money back. That covers: the reservation never arrives; it arrives with the wrong name, route or date; or the booking reference does not come up on the airline’s own “Manage Booking” page. Email jamie@cortexgrowth.co and we will refund in full to your original payment method. Because the reservation is created the moment you order and is valid for 48 hours, we ask you to check it as soon as it arrives. Once a correct, verifiable reservation has been delivered the service has been carried out in full, so it is not returnable in the way a physical product is — you will be asked to agree to that at checkout, which is what UK law requires us to do before we start. Is this legal?
A registered travel agency makes the reservation in the airline's own system. It is a real reservation, not a fake one. We are not lawyers. We are not immigration advisers. So we cannot tell you what a country will accept. Check the entry rules for where you are going.

You can check your PNR code on the airline's website, which can be found by searching “PNR status + [airline company]” on Google or whatever search engine you’re using. Just enter the PNR code found in the PDF we sent you (located at the top of the document and within the email confirmation) along with your last name and you should be able to look up your ticket.

No. Once a reservation is made through our website, it is processed and cannot be altered. If you need to make changes, you will have to book a new flight. In exceptional cases (like when the first or last name was not entered correctly) we may be able to make the change, but these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you purchased the Flexible Reservation add-on, you may request one correction (name, date, route, or destination), provided the request is made within your reservation validity period, which is typically 48 hours from the time of booking.

So sorry about that! There are a few different reasons for why this may be happening:
• Composed Names: If your last name is composed of multiple parts, write it WITHOUT spaces. For example, if your last name is 'De la Cruz' enter 'Delacruz' instead.
• Correct PNR: Double check that you’ve entered the PNR number accurately. We recommend copy and pasting to avoid errors.
• Second PNR: Sometimes airlines assign a second PNR for internal reasons. If needed, contact us and we'll provide it. Please note that some airlines do not allow PNR status checks; in such cases, you can find your valid reservation on CheckMyTrip.
