No, an e-ticket number is not included in a reservation. If you require an e-ticket number, you will need to buy the full-priced plane ticket (if you’d like to purchase a full-priced plane ticket, please let us know so we can assist you).

You can check your PNR code on the airline's website, which can be found by searching “PNR status + [airline company]” on Google or whatever search engine you’re using. Just enter the PNR code found in the PDF we sent you (located at the top of the document and within the email confirmation) along with your last name and you should be able to look up your ticket.

No. Once a reservation is made through our website, it is processed and cannot be altered. If you need to make changes, you will have to book a new flight. In exceptional cases (like when the first or last name was not entered correctly) we may be able to make the change, but these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you purchased the Flexible Reservation add-on, you may request one correction (name, date, route, or destination), provided the request is made within your reservation validity period, which is typically 48 hours from the time of booking.

So sorry about that! There are a few different reasons for why this may be happening:
• Composed Names: If your last name is composed of multiple parts, write it WITHOUT spaces. For example, if your last name is 'De la Cruz' enter 'Delacruz' instead.
• Correct PNR: Double check that you’ve entered the PNR number accurately. We recommend copy and pasting to avoid errors.
• Second PNR: Sometimes airlines assign a second PNR for internal reasons. If needed, contact us and we'll provide it. Please note that some airlines do not allow PNR status checks; in such cases, you can find your valid reservation on CheckMyTrip.
